Tony Dalton

Associate

Tony graduated Summa Cum Laude from Carroll College with a bachelor’s in Psychology and was inducted to the Psi Chi Honor Society. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law with his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the New Mexico Bar shortly after. He is a first-generation attorney and is excited to begin his career at the Pregenzer, Baysinger, Wideman & Sale. Tony’s primary areas of practice are taxation, estate planning, probate, trust administration, fiduciary services, business management and planning, and special needs planning.

While in law school, Tony participated in the New Mexico Law Review and received the Hugh B. Muir Award for Academic Excellence in Tax Law.

As a native of Moab, Utah, Tony enjoys the rugged terrain of New Mexico, along with traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter. Tony is also proficient in Spanish.
