Tom is an Albuquerque native with strong family ties to the community. Tom graduated from Dartmouth College before graduating from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Tom clerked for the Honorable Oliver Seth, Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, before joining private practice.
After many years in a general commercial and real property practice, Tom now concentrates his practice in estate planning.
Tom has enjoyed serving on a wide variety of Albuquerque non-profit boards throughout his career. In 2003 Tom was the first recipient of the Albuquerque Community Foundation for Excellence in Charitable Gift Planning award.
Tom is an avid gardener, enjoys exploring New Mexico, and travelling far and near.
