
Kathryn Kadkhodaian grew her passion for estate planning as a member of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal during her time at the Texas Tech University School of Law. Kathryn also served as an Assistant Editor for the Texas Bar Association’s Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Reporter prior to and during her initial practice as an attorney.
Kathryn began practice in the Washington, D.C. area following admission to the District of Columbia Bar Association, assisting clients in estate planning, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, business, and real estate matters. Kathryn was admitted to practice in New Mexico in 2025.
Kathryn enjoys growing her 1940s inspired wardrobe by sewing and collecting true vintage items in her free time, and believes in the motto “Vintage Fashion, Not Vintage Values.” Kathryn also loves hiking with her family in the state and national parks around New Mexico.
