Anne Rodriguez

Associate Attorney

Anne received her undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from San José State University where she interned with a community-based clinic, Record Clearance Project, helping provide information and resources on the expungement process to local residents.

In 2023 Anne earned her Juris Doctor from University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. As a clinical law student, she represented clients at the UC Hastings Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic providing estate planning and Medicaid planning legal services to low-income clients. She also interned with the California Appellate Project, assisting unrepresented death row inmates with post-conviction claims, and served as a Research Assistant for the UC Hastings First Generation Program, supporting and mentoring first-generation law students in exploring legal career paths. She was also a Borchard Fellow at Housing and Economic Rights Advocates (HERA), where she provided legal education and direct estate planning services to low- and middle-income clients throughout California.

Anne joined the PBWS team in 2024, as a Law Clerk while she prepared for the New Mexico Bar Exam and upon being sworn in as a New Mexico attorney in April 2025, Anne began assisting her clients in the areas of estate planning, elder law, fiduciary services, and probate.

Anne is establishing roots in New Mexico and enjoys hiking with her dog.
